Thank you for choosing Rhythm Detailing — where precision meets passion. We’re dedicated to delivering premium mobile detailing with unmatched convenience and care. By booking with us, you agree to the following service terms designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and exceptional experience.

Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

When you book a service, we reserve time specifically for your vehicle and turn away other clients to do so. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at (713) 240-8728.

**Notice Period**

  • More than 48 hours = No charge

  • 24–48 hours = $50 fee

  • Less than 24 hours / No-show = Full service fee (up to $200)


Time-Based Detailing Policy

All services are time-based to ensure fairness for all clients. We aim to complete as much as possible within your scheduled appointment. If additional time is needed due to vehicle condition or custom requests, it will be billed at $50 per 30 minutes, with your approval.

To help us prioritize, please let us know your top concerns when we arrive. Detail services apply to one vehicle per appointment and cannot be split between vehicles.

Arrival Window & Vehicle Access

We’re fully mobile and occasionally delayed by traffic or job overruns. We may arrive up to 90 minutes after your scheduled time, and we’ll send real-time text updates along the way.

Please ensure we have access to the vehicle and keys at the time of arrival. By booking, you authorize our team to safely operate and move the vehicle as needed. If we cannot begin due to access issues, cancellation fees may apply.

Final Walkthrough, Gratuity & Concerns

We’ll walk you through your vehicle at the end of the appointment to confirm you're happy with the results. If you're unavailable, a 10% gratuity will be added to the invoice to recognize the technician’s completed work.

Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Concerns reported after this window or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after service via credit/debit card or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid in full.

If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with us first. By booking, you authorize Rhythm Detailing to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved add-on time. All sales are final.

Mobile Access Requirements

We require access to running water and electricity at the time of service. If these are unavailable and service cannot proceed, up to 100% of the booked fee may be charged (capped at $200).

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We inspect and document visible damage before starting service. If anything occurs during your appointment, we’ll notify you immediately.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, or for indirect or incidental damage.

Media & Legal

By booking, you authorize Rhythm Detailing to photograph or film your vehicle for promotional, training, or portfolio use — unless you request otherwise in writing.
